Ticket Sales & Refunds: Ticket purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of the ticket provider. We do not guarantee refunds unless specified by the ticket provider’s policy.

Liability: Old School Jam, its affiliates, and partners are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or losses incurred at our events or through the use of this website. Attendees assume all risks associated with attending our events.

Intellectual Property: All content, logos, and media on this website are the property of Old School Jam or used with permission. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

Third-Party Links: This website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of external sites.

1. Definitions

• "Event" refers to Old School Jam.

• "Event Access Package" refers to the purchase of merchandise and digital content, which includes complimentary access to the Event.

• "Buyer" refers to the individual purchasing the Event Access Package.

• "Organizer" refers to Peckish FZE.

• "Venue" refers to the Venue advertised on the ticket or website.

• "Date" refers to the date of the event.

2. Event Access Package Sales Authorization

Event Access Packages for Old School Jam are sold by Peckish FZE in partnership with Redesign. These packages include exclusive merchandise and digital content, with complimentary access to the Event. All payments are processed through Redesign. With a regular access package, event must be attended before 5PM. With a mixed 3PM access package, event must be attended by 3PM.

3. Purchases

• All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations unless required by law.

• Event Access Packages are valid only for the Event, date, and venue specified.

• Purchases cannot be resold for commercial purposes without the written consent of the Organizer.

4. Transferability

• Event Access Packages are non-transferable unless expressly stated.

• The Organizer reserves the right to cancel any transferred package that violates this policy.

5. Event Changes

• The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Event, including but not limited to date, time, and venue.

• In case of cancellation or rescheduling, the Buyer will be notified, and refunds or exchanges for the purchased merchandise and digital content may be offered at the Organizer’s discretion.

6. Entry Requirements

• Entry is subject to the presentation of a valid Event Access confirmation and government-issued ID.

• The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry without refund if the Buyer violates any policies, appears intoxicated, or engages in disruptive behavior.

7. COVID-19 or Public Health Guidelines

• The Organizer may impose public health and safety protocols, which must be followed by all attendees.

• Failure to comply with these protocols may result in denial of entry or ejection from the Event.

8. Liability

• The Organizer is not responsible for personal property, injuries, or any other unforeseen incidents occurring during the Event.

• The Buyer attends the Event at their own risk.

9. Prohibited Items & Conduct

• Weapons, illegal substances, and outside food/drinks are strictly prohibited.

• The Organizer reserves the right to inspect bags and personal items.

10. Compliance with Local Laws

• Event Access Packages are sold under Peckish FZE’s e-commerce license. Payments are for merchandise and digital content; complimentary Event access is included as part of the purchase.

• This is not a direct sale of event tickets.

11. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

12. Privacy

• The Organizer may collect personal information as part of the purchase process. This data will be handled in accordance with the Peckish FZE privacy policy.
